Based in Great Hale just outside Heckington a few miles east of Sleaford and a few more miles west of Boston, Lincolnshire , I make gorgeously scrumptious cakes and cupcakes with creamy frosting or fondant, made using only the best ingredients, free range eggs from happy chickens, fair-trade sugar and chocolate and real lemon zest in my yummy lemon cupcakes.
